Beautiful shoe, nice for dressy or casual wear, flexible but sturdy sole... I only returned them because I have a heel spur and that requires more padding or a closed shoe that would accommodate an orthotic. Wish I could wear them - soft and lovely, like all Arche products which I can wear with a padded sock...

This shoe looks like a lesser price shoe in person. This shoe is for someone who has a VERY wide foot. The neutral color is bland, and it looks more like a slipper.

Extreme comfort and high style! These are much better looking on your feet than in the pictures. Excellent quality as well, Arche is the best!

Very comfortable but had to order a size up from my usual Arche size. I wish Zappos would reinstate a place for reviewers to indicate their age. Foot architecture really does change over the years and knowing what works for someone approximately one's age would allow for fewer returns, like the one for a different shoe that I will be making tomorrow. I am 61 years old.

I have worn these shoes for years and now they have changed the shape of the toe and the cut of the front of the shoe. Just does not fit like it used to. So I am returning. Too bad. Why change something that is not broken?!

These are the most divine shoes I have ever owned.They are made of the softest leather that molds to my feet (It works well with my prominent bunion) They are summery and cool. The sole is very soft as well. Super comfort with a snappy style. I ordered a size down. They are still a little wide so if you have a very narrow foot probably will be too big.

I have had these shoes in black for about four years. They are very comfortable and go with everything. I can spend a full day on my feet teaching and not be tired. The shoes look good with skirts, jeans, and shorts. A great buy!

I was really hoping to love this shoe. It got great reviews, and looks like a good walking shoe for city sightseeing. I've had other Arche shoes in the past that have worked out well. I am normally a size 7.5. Unfortunately this shoe does not come in half sizes. So initially I ordered a 38 (size 7). It was too snug. Then I ordered the 39 and it was okay in the length but too wide. So I guess this was not meant to be for my foot! It looks like it would be cute in the bright colors that it comes in.

Very stylish and amazingly comfortable from the first time I placed them on my feet. A great combination of style and comfort. A perfect heel to look great and still be nice for walking. Best of all, my husband thinks they look very sexy!

Very stylish shoe. I was looking for a walking shoe that doesn't really look like a walking shoe and this is it. Very comfortable right out of the box.

I bought the Lilly style ballet flat in black. I wear a 41 but Arche runs small so I ordered a 42. Love this very comfortable shoe. The fit is perfect and looks very elegant for flats. The only negative is that the color rubs off on your feet when you wear them.

Very comfortable shoe and nice, durable rubber sole. I expect to have these for a while. Easy on and off. I wear 7 or 7.5 and the 7 (Euro size 37) fit best in these.

After minimal (a few hours) breaking in, these shoes have taken me all over Paris and down into some wine caves with no blisters or discomfort. Also, they look really good.

Gorgeous color, cute shoe, so soft, but the toe box was too small for me. The body was already a tad roomy so I didn't think it worth sizing up. I tend to be more narrow than medium.

Love these shoes so much I bought them in a second color, despite the high price. Leather is so soft, the shoes were comfortable on the very first wearing, with no rubbing anywhere. I also do a lot of walking in Manhattan and have found them fine so far. And I have big feet (size 42), but these shoes do seem to make them look smaller. I also love the adjustable velcro ankle strap. The style is also very flexible: I can wear these to work with wide pants, or on the weekend with skinny jeans. As always, my only complaint about Arche shoes is that ironically, considering the name and they have poor arch support. I may try the black no-show arch supports that another commenter mentioned.

Shoe is true to size with a nice cushioned feel -- comfortable from the first day and a timeless style.

I've ordered this shoe before in size 42 and found it to be too big but I kept them anyway because they were so comfortable. I'm still wearing them years later and they are even more super comfortable. The Laius was on sale so I ordered both sizes 41 and 42 to see which would be a better fit this time. Well the 41 fit but it gave me no room for tired feet that expand at the end of the day so I returned them. The size 42 Laius was a perfect fit this time, not too large. It was obviously a smaller 42 than I had ordered previously. Well I tried them on and walked on carpet and I have to agree with an earlier reviewer who said the elastic on the elongated tab in the back of the ankle digs painfully into your flesh. I kept them boxed in my closet trying to decide whether or not to keep them but decided too much money for too much pain even if it was a great deal. Sadly, today I return them.

Got my Arche Exor in black today and was thrilled with the shoe. Glad I went ahead and ordered despite the price...they are well made, buttery soft on the outside and against my feet, cradle my feet in comfort, look on-trend with the "gladiator" styling and are the perfect height for me. Like some other reviewers, I have issues with ball of foot discomfort if I don't have enough padding, or if the pitch of the foot is too high. No problems with this shoe. I don't know yet if I will be able to walk for miles in these, but I know I can stand a long time and walk blocks with complete comfort. I usually wear 8 1/2 in most close-toed shoes, but because of the sandal styling I went with the size 39 (which depending on which size chart you look at is either US 8 or 8.5) and found them just perfect. I look forward to cherishing these shoes for long time

Oh, this was love at first sight for me! These shoes are so distinctive looking and so comfortable. The 9 (my usual size) feels fine, though 1" of sole is visible at the toe because my toes don't extend beyond the upper very much. I am slightly concerned that others say they stretch, but we will see. The silver color is a subtle warm grey--not shiny, really--so the overall effect is very classy. And the rear zipper is sturdy, which is good since it is crucial to the shoe staying on. A keeper! Thank you, Zappos.
