American West

I was looking for a bag large enough to hold a legal pad. This was smaller than expected. And it looked kind of cheap in person. I will be returning it.

This is the worst product in quality I have ever seen in my life! I have seen much better wallets than this one in markets for less than $10! It's made from the cheapest materials ever! Very easy to get torn, it even came already torn! I lost my money over this trash, this brand is a waste of money, and time.

I bought this bag for my birthday. It is beautiful and just the right size. I ordered it Monday afternoon and it arrived the very next day. Thank you Zappos for a very sweet birthday treat!

This bag is gorgeous! I especially like the antique look hardware on the front pockets. The bag is also very large, roomy with lots of pockets and easily accessed pouches. I highly recommend it.

I love my hang bag but I give to mu sister in law.

Unfortunately, this bag looks and feels cheap. For the price American West places on this bag I would have expected something much better. I have handbags from Donna Karan and Kate Spade that were not much more expensive But, hands down, they are far better quality.

Love this wallet. Lots of space, easy to get into and find stuff. Was looking for many credit card slots and this has it. Also easy to get 'cards' out/in.

Very nice size - room for basic stuff - wallet, cosmetic bag, etc. I'm 5'3" and it is just right for me. Have received lots of compliments. Great w/jeans/casual clothes. Nice structure so it doesn't flop and spill things.

This purse is so cute! I love it. Great quality. Very roomy. My favorite thing is that I can change the look of the purse by using one of the 2 extra scarves or I can use any of my scarves. It looks beautiful and classy with my pink silk scarf.

I have always loved American West purses. I wanted to like this purse. It's pretty, but does not justify the price. The picture is much nicer than the actual product. The leather seems stiff and even a bit crinkled (might be from the tooling) and the heft and weight and feel of the bag is not what I have come to expect from this brand. I am returning it and will be looking for something more up to the standard I have come to expect. Denim color and brown leather contrast is nice, but the purse quality does not justify the high price tag. Sorry.

Love this bag. I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough but it is with plenty of pockets inside. I love the scarfs exchanges to give it a different feel with your outfits. The only thing I don't like, if you put something heavy in it, it tends to lose its shape around the mouth of the bag. I use it every day for business, so I carry a large checkbook register. I'm going to change to the smaller checkbook, that's all. I bought it in brown, now I'm going to buy black because it's such a good price for its quality.

American West are my favorite handbags, but are generally too expensive for my budget. This was a great find at a great price. You'd swear it was leather. I always get compliments on this purse, people always think it's expensive hand-tooled leather, and it's as carefully made as AM's more expensive bags. I hope zappos will carry more American West bags at a lower price.

Love this handbag. The color, the tooled leather, the pockets on the outside, front and back. Crossbody is my fav. Hands free to carry things or shop or whatever. Zappos is so great. American West is quickly becoming my favorite handbag brand. This is my fourth bag.

The three shades of brown and gold accents will make this wallet work great with any shade of brown handbag or other colors, too. There is a small coin section, but don't plan on it holding a lot of them. There are plenty of pockets and slots, with some that are a bit tucked away to keep cards and ID you don't use that often out of your way. Putting a few and gift cards in this soft leather beauty to make it a favorite under the tree!

Oh my gosh I love this bag. It met my expectations beyond and above. I am crazy about tooled leather, shoes and handbags. I knew it was for me as soon as I opened the box and got a glimpse of it. I also ordered the matching wallet. It is given a different color name but the color is spot on the same. Zappos is absolutely the best hands down. The service is awesome. I like watching a video of a product before I order too. The greatest thing is I can order and get it the very next day. woohoo Returns are made easy too, although I haven't returned much. Keep up the great work Zappos!

This is a great bag, but it's pretty big! It comes up when searching for a "small" hobo, yet it's listed as a "large hobo." I suppose it's my mistake for not paying closer attention, but I certainly wouldn't call this bag small! It looks great, and has a nice western feel that doesn't look cheap or tacky. It seems sturdy and well made. I'd say that it's a great bag if you're looking for a medium to large sized hobo.

Perfect size purse for your Hobo wallet, sunglasses, phone, etc. Love the unique carved design style with subtle color variation. Small studs to add edge. Comfortable wide, adjustable leather shoulder strap. Have gotten many compliments!!

I purchased this billfold to go with purse of same design. Beautifully made, the card slots are roomy enough that you can remove cards easily, yet they stay put. Love the color and stitching.

Blah! This wallet is extremely thin, for a leather wallet anyway. The inserts are too small for credit cards to fit in, we tried to stuff them in but they are a hair too thick they don't even fit snug! However the i.d. or drivers license inser is a perfect size. It's ridiculous that they didn't make the openings the correct size.
